Venezuela has the largest proven oil reserves in the world. It was once so rich that Concorde used to fly from Caracas to Paris. But in the last three years its economy has collapsed. Hunger has gripped the nation for years. Now, it’s killing people and animals that are dying of starvation. The Venezuelan government knows, but won’t admit it!!! Four in five Venezuelans live in poverty. People queue for hours to buy food. Much of the time they go without. People are also dying from a lack of medicines. Inflation is at 82,766% and there are warnings it could exceed one million per cent by the end of this year. Venezuelans are trying to get out. The UN says 2.3 million people have fled the country - 7% of the population.

Job: Twin Star pilote and Cineflex operator

Looking for good US recommends for a Twin Star w/pilot and a cineflex w/operator and camera in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area... need someone really good, with lots of experience, and can get the difficult shots. I do have calls into the film commission but hitting dead ends.

Got quite a few recc from Canada but I'd like to stay on this side of the border if possible.

Job: cameraman/field producer in Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a cameraman/field producer in Saudi Arabia to
follow our character for one day while he's in Mecca to make Umrah. We
will also supply a list of interview questions for a sit-down
interview. The one-day shoot will occur between March 9 - 12.

We're looking for someone ideally with broadcast television
experience, a keen story sense, and a verite sensibility. Since we
can't be there with you, we'll need someone who can function
independently as a one-man-band. If you consider yourself a
journalist, all the better. Please have an HD camera that shoots 1920
x 1080 (preferably progressive), a lavalier mic, and enough lights to
shoot a well-lit interview.

Job: Looking for a camera woman in NY

Can anyone refer me to a camera person in New York- preferably a woman? I will be interviewing people who are part of the social movement to end child sexual abuse. More about the film below. I will be in NY March 11th-14th- interviewing people the 11th, 12th and 13th.

I'm currently producing a film that amplifies the voices of survivors of child sexual abuse and family members, broaden our response beyond the criminal justice system, and show how society's inability to effectively address CSA impacts not only individuals, but whole communities and society at large.

A national organization serving lgbt people needs a short video shot here.
Probably just one day of interviews plus some b roll (same day). I'm looking

Job: female videographer for documentary in Tel Aviv

Hi all,

I am working on my documentary in Israel and in need of a female shooter. My
subject is not an easy subject and there will be some hard scenes, night
shots, interviews, etc.
Since this is a small production (myself for now) payment will have to be
deferred. The film has already received the support of several local and
international NGOs and foundations who would be interested in seeing this
project complete.

So before declining this project because of a non-immediate pay, think about
the turn out, which may be better than you expected.

I will need someone in Israel from February 24 through March 15. Please
speak good Hebrew, English, and if possible Russian too. You should be
familiar with HD. I will be shooting with the Sony EX1 and Lumix GH1 DSLR.
