Seeking an Assistant/Coordinator in Business
Affairs. Prefer someone with business affairs and/or legal
experience. Responsibilities include drafting a variety of contracts,
including agreements for if/come deals, attachment agreements, and
option deals as well as administrative responsibilities (phones and
scheduling) and maintaining legal filing. Ideal candidate must be
highly organized and possess a strong attention to detail, exhibit
excellent written and verbal communication skills, prioritize work and
manage time efficiently, maintain strict confidentiality pertaining to
business matters, and demonstrate superior interpersonal skills with
an ability to interface professionally within the company, with
outside lawyers, and with clients. Compensation commensurate with
experience.
