Job: DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS

The Director of Programs will be responsible both for managing and
developing existing programs, as well as working on new educational
initiatives. Working under the supervision of the Executive Director, the
Director of Programs primary responsibilities are to 1) manage and develop
the ArtPartner Program ; 2) manage documentary projects; 3) develop
educational assets and training programs; and 4) teach.

Qualifications: Experienced educator with a personal practice as a
photographer, filmmaker, or multi-media artist. A background in documentary
work or journalism, required, as is familiarity with the field of
participant- or youth-media. A minimum two years experience teaching
photography, film, and/or multimedia to youth required. Must possess a deep
understanding of age-appropriate curriculum development. Demonstrates
experience successfully managing programs and projects with a minimum of two
years experience in a leadership position. Demonstrates a high level of
proficiency with technology and arts software. Extremely well–organized,
versatile, adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines, and enjoy
working in a nonprofit setting. Excellent writer and communicator.
